WHy ARE YOU SO AFFORDABLE?
As a one-attorney practice, Davis Estates and Trusts is able to keep overhead costs to a minimum. Those savings are then passed on to the client.
Do you offer home visits?
As an attorney specializing in estate law, I understand that some individuals need the convenience of a mobile lawyer to help them achieve their objectives. I am happy to provide home visits to clients located within Montgomery County or Bucks County, or within a 45-minute drive from Eagleville, Pennsylvania. If you live outside of these areas, I may still be able to accommodate your needs, but additional fees may be necessary.

A licensed Pennsylvania attorney , ​Raymond specializes in Estate Planning, Elder Law, and Estate Administration. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Raymond earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University. He is a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has been working as an Estate Planning Attorney for reputable local law firms. His track record and expertise have led him to establish his own practice, Davis Estates and Trusts, where he serves as the founding attorney.​
